+ I understand that outdoor adventure activities are by their nature and environment, hazardous pursuits. Up 4 Adventures are always safety conscious and try to minimise these risks.
+ Up 4 Adventures are responsible for the safety and welfare of the individual or group, but are not liable for death, injuries or damage to loss of property and we recommend that participants take out their own personal accident insurance.
+ All members of the group should be fit enough to undertake the outdoor activities they choose to do.
+ It is the responsibility of the participants to ensure that Up 4 Adventures are informed of any medical conditions whether or not they think it may effect the activity.
+ We recommend all participants, before booking, should contact their GP for advice if they have concerns about their age or fitness for the activity chosen.
+ Up 4 Adventures are fully insured for all of the activities mentioned, regarding public liability.The deposit fee is not refundable on cancellation, Up 4 Adventures also have the right to cancel the activity at any notice due to severe weather conditions or water levels, in which case we can offer an alternative activity or an alternative date.
+ All Cancellations or changes in group numbers of participants should be notified in telephone, writing or by email no later than 14 days prior to the activity date. Failure to do so may result in the group or individuals being charged the full agreed amount of the booking.
+ All deposits are NON - Refundable.
+ All deposits are NON - Transferable.
+ All costs include the use of safety equipment, safety clothing and instruction.
+ Transport or food is not provided.
+ All activity vouchers have to be paid in full.
